Why Donate to CES?
Over 100 adults in Fremont County have intellectual and physical disabilities or acquired brain injuries resulting from accidents and other traumas. While the State and Federal governments support much of their care through various programs, the special activities and personalized care CES is known for are possible only thanks to private charity.
Community Entry Services’ staff often try to fulfill clients’ wishes when possible.
Recently, Kayla Romero Photography was on hand at Sinks Canyon to capture the magic of one of these ‘wish list’ trips for Gail Ute, a proud member of the Eastern Shoshone who wanted to see the Popo Agie.
Staff helped her get her feet wet, then carried her back to her wheelchair. They braided her hair, took her on a short path to see wild flowers and gave her the princess treatment for a beautiful afternoon.
This is what makes CES the gold standard of care for adults with disabilities and it’s entirely thanks to the community’s generosity that we can do these ‘extra’ things.

CES has been empowering people with disabilities in Fremont County since 1975, providing support and services that allow individuals to live, work, and thrive in the community of their choice.
Through programs offering safe transportation, community involvement, and access to local events, CES ensures that nearly 130 adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries can experience everything from football games to community fairs—opportunities many of us might take for granted.
