This year’s Labor Day Golf for Hospice tournament was an incredible success, with 44 teams and 88 players – the largest turnout in years!
Thanks to all of you who participated and helped spread the word. The energy on the course was unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!
Big Highlights
One of the most exciting moments? We had a Hole in One! Matthew Jacobson claimed a $1,000 prize, courtesy of Wyoming Community Bank.
Funds Raised for Help for Health
A total of $10,575 was raised for Help for Health at the Wyoming Community Bank Labor Day Golf Event. This money will go directly toward providing compassionate hospice care to the community. A huge thank you for all of the support for this worthy cause!
Here’s how it all came together:
- Raffles & Silent Auction: $2,700
- Special shout-out to the raffle winners, including James Pappas, the winner of two airline tickets donated by Central Wyoming Regional Airport, FAST, and United Express operated by SkyWest Airlines.
- The 50/50 raffle winner generously donated their prize back to Hospice.
- Jeff Sauer was the lucky winner of a Blackstone Griddle
- Tournament Registration Donations: Wyoming Community Bank matched contributions for a total of $4,400.
- On-Site Donations: $3,475, which includes two incredibly generous $1,000 anonymous donations.
Fun Extras for Players
Players not only enjoyed two days of golf, but also received registration gifts, participated in prize drawings, and took part in fun side games on Hole #9.

- A $1 gold coin for landing in the bunker
