These six individuals have recently completed their Tai Chi board certification through the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
Their instructor, Dr. Lam and his authorized master trainers conduct instructor training workshops around the world. All Board certified instructors have attended the workshop, completed prior preparation and fulfilled requirements to be a safe and effective teacher of the respective program, and registered with The Tai Chi for Health Institute.
Northern Arapaho Diabetes Awareness Program (NADAP)’s training is comprehensive and specific for their programs. All instructors are required to be updated every two years to maintain the certification.
Tai Chi classes are now being offered for this Ancient Chinese art form through both of NADAP’s fitness centers. The class has been described as “non-competitive, non-judgmental and great for balance and arthritis ~ a wonderful activity for all ages!”
