(Casper, WY) – The Wyoming School Boards Association (WSBA) held its annual conference for 2024 in Casper this week, where Fremont County School District #38, Arapahoe Schools, took home multiple awards.
The announcement was made on the FCSD #38 school Facebook page, where they acknowledged the following award winners:
- FCSD#38 School Board – Standard of Excellence Award
- Katie Law – Wyoming Secondary Principal of the Year
- Lionel Bell – Leadership in Learning Level I Award
- Leslie Spoonhunter – Leadership in Learning Level II Award
Spoonhunter was also inducted into the WSBA Hall of Fame.
