(Pavillion, WY) – A small black bear was spotted today, June 29, in the area of Powerline Road and Tunnel Hill Road in Pavillion.
Kenyon Spencer snapped this photo of the young one around 2:00 PM today, and later shared it with County 10.
Spencer said there was “possibly a mama” in the area since it appeared to be just a cub, but he only saw just the one.
