(Fremont County, WY) – Following the August 18 Primary Election, the filing period for nonpartisan races in Fremont County that will appear on the November 3 General Election ballot officially closed on August 24.

As previously reported, Nicole Wagon met the filing requirements to run as an Independent in the District 1 County Commissioner race (anyone who has not already been on the ballot for a partisan race in the Primary can run as an Independent in the General, provided the additional requirements are completed), and will run against Primary election winner David Mossburg in the General Election. This filing shared the same deadline as the non-partisan races and was included in the document provided by the Clerk’s Office.
