(Lander, WY) – Country music star Chancey Williams will be playing a free concert in Lander City Park this Sunday, July 14, to coincide with the opening day ceremonies for the Babe Ruth League Pacific Northwest baseball tournament.
The concert will begin at 7:30 PM.
The opening day ceremonies for the tournament, which will have teams from Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Canada, are set to begin at 5:00 PM at the City Park field. The tournament is scheduled to go through July 21.
The tentative opening day events listed on the event page are as follows:
- Presentation of Teams
- National Anthem/Canadian Anthem
- Native American drum groups/dancers
- Delivery of opening pitch ball
- Opening Pitch
- Free dinner for players and coaches (minimal fee for others)
