(Lander, WY) – At last night’s Lander City Council meeting, the week of February 13th-19th was officially proclaimed as “Random Acts of Kindness Week.”
“Random Acts of Kindness Week” is an internationally celebrated event, and is intended to encourage all to practice more kindness.
