(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, May 12, will have sunny skies with light winds and a high around 80 degrees, as high pressure builds back in from Arizona and New Mexico.
Tonight will be mostly clear with lows in the mid to upper 40s.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, will be hot, dry, and windy. Wednesday will be the hottest day of the week, with likley record-high temperatures near 90 degrees. Southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph will occur by afternoon and usher in the heat. Lipson added that the very warm temperatures, along with the wind and relative humidity down to 10 percent, will translate into high fire danger on Wednesday afternoon.
