(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, May 6, will be sunny with high temperatures recovering to the mid-50s under sunny skies as an area of high pressure builds back in, with light winds.
Tonight will be clear with lows of 30 to 35 degrees.
Tomorrow, Thursday, will be sunny in the morning, but cumulus clouds will develop and build into the afternoon, leading to scattered showers and thunderstorms due to an unstable atmosphere. Much warmer and spring-like temperatures are expected, with a high around 70 degrees, along with breezy northwest winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour in the afternoon. Any thunderstorms will likely produce small hail and wind gusts of 40 miles per hour.
