(Lander, WY) – The KOVE 1330 AM / 107.7 FM Today in the 10 interview series Coffee Time continued today with host Vince Tropea, who recently spoke with representatives of the Fremont County DUI Task Force, which will be will be in operation and patrolling for impaired drivers beginning Friday, Aug. 30, through Monday, Sept. 2 for the Labor Day weekend.
In addition to talking about the Labor Day enforcement and providing a history of the Task Force, Cody Beers, the Public Relations Specialist for WYDOT, shares some statistics about about impaired driving, Tim Nichols, the WRTA Director, chats about the SafeRides program, and Rich Adriaens, the Facilitator for the Governor’s Council on Impaired Driving, discusses the collaborative effort of the Task Force and provides some in-depth information on the 24-7 program.
