(Lander, WY) – The KOVE 1330 AM / 107.7 FM Today in the 10 interview series Coffee Time continued this past week with host Vince Tropea, who recently spoke with Owen Sweeney from the Lander Chamber of Commerce.
Sweeney stopped by to chat about the 2024 Legislative Preview Luncheon, which the Chamber will be hosting this Tuesday on December 3 at the Lander Community Center.
Legislators at this year’s luncheon will include: Sen. Cale Case (R-25), Sen. Tim Salazar (R-26), Rep. John Winter (R-28), Rep. Pepper Ottman (R-34), and Rep. Lloyd Larsen (R-54).
(Note: Sen. Ed Cooper (R-20), Rep.-Elect Ivan Posey (D-33), and Rep.-Elect Joel Guggenmos (R-55) are unable to attend due to other legislative commitments.)
The Chamber is also bringing back the “Meet Your Legislators Day” to coincide with this year’s luncheon, which provides an opportunity for folks to schedule a 15-minute private session with our legislators to discuss issues of importance to their business or organization.
These sessions are available on a first come, first served basis and will go from 9 AM to 11:35 AM, and will resume at 1:45 PM after the luncheon and go through 3 PM.
As for the luncheon itself, the doors and food lines will open to registered attendees at 11:30 AM, and legislators will begin speaking at 12 PM.

Tickets for the luncheon are $30 for Lander, Riverton, and Dubois chamber members, and $40 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased here.
