When the lights come up at the Lander Community Center this spring, it won’t just be a dance competition taking the stage. It will be a celebration of courage, community, and commitment to one another.
Community Entry Services (CES) is proud to announce its 11th Annual Dancing with the Stars fundraiser, happening Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Lander Community Center, with doors opening at 5 p.m. This highly anticipated event brings together local “stars” who step far outside their comfort zones, partnering with experienced dancers for an unforgettable night of performance, purpose, and philanthropy.
For more than a decade, Dancing with the Stars has become one of Fremont County’s signature spring events. Each year, community members volunteer their time and energy to learn choreography, rehearse for weeks, and ultimately take the stage in support of CES and the individuals they serve. The result is a lively evening filled with themed routines, friendly competition, and plenty of cheers from the crowd.
But this event is about much more than sequins and spotlights.
Every dollar raised directly supports CES programs that empower adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries across Fremont County. From housing and employment services to day programs and life skills support, CES helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections.
One of the most exciting components of the evening is the People’s Choice competition. Supporters can vote online for their favorite dance couple by donating. The pair that raises the most through community votes earns special recognition, turning generosity into a spirited and impactful part of the show.
