(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, August 31, will see increasing clouds ahead of a short wave trough approaching from the southwest. After a chilly morning, expect a high near 80 degrees.
Towards sunset, scattered thunderstorms will approach from the southwest. Tonight, we can expect scattered evening thunderstorms, with a few lingering showers past midnight.
Under mostly cloudy skies, lows will be in the upper 50s, and a few storms may have locally heavy rain and small hail along with 40 to 45 mile per hour wind gusts.
