(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, August 15, will be mostly sunny in the morning and partly sunny in the afternoon, with widely scattered afternoon thunderstorms as monsoon moisture feeds into a couple of shortwave troughs expected to move through the area. Highs will be in the lower 80s. Some storms will have locally heavy rain and 40 to 45 mph wind gusts.
