When Mister O’Neal screamed and cursed at the officers and challenged them to fight he was arrested for Public Intoxication and Indecent Exposure. It was also found that Mister O’Neal had an active Riverton Municipal warrant for failing to appear on a similar incident from a prior occasion. The dog was taken to PAWS”
