(Fremont County, WY) – The filing period for County and Municipal offices began on May 14 and will end on May 29, the Fremont County Deputy Clerk recently announced.
County candidates file with the Fremont County election office at the courthouse. For municipal offices, candidates file with the municipality for a specific office during that municipality’s office hours. The municipalities will then send those filings to the clerks daily.
All candidate filings that are county and municipal will be posted nightly at 5 PM on the Fremont County website (Scroll down to Election Candidate Filings).
All U.S., State, and legislative candidates are under the Secretary of State’s jurisdiction. Those candidate filings can be viewed here.
