(Riverton, WY) – The second day of the balloon rally was underway yesterday, July 19, with cool temps and gentle west-to-east winds. The second day of the event was much more well-attended than the first, as Rivertonians came out in droves to get a good spot to watch the balloon launches at 6 am Saturday morning.
