(Dubois, WY) – The Fremont County School District 2 Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, in the Board Room at the District Administration Building, 700 N. First St. in Dubois.
The agenda for the meeting includes a clarification regarding the Feb. 17, 2026, calendar approval.
The board will also review a letter of support for a U.S. Department of Transportation BUILD Grant application for Meckem Street reconstruction.
Action items on the agenda include:
- clarify and amend the action taken on Feb. 17, 2026, to specify the version of the approved draft school calendar
- approve the letter of support for the BUILD Grant application
After an executive session for personnel, the board will consider acknowledging and approving a notice of intent not to renew for the 2026-2027 school year from Dr. Walters.
