(Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.
The agenda includes the following action items:
- Ballfield Lighting Project – Bar-T Electric – Consider approving a final Pay Application from BarT Electric in the amount of $26,684.67 as recommended by Nelson Engineering.
- Town of Dubois Town Shop Project – Morton Buildings – The project is determined to be 69% complete. Consider approving Pay Application #2 from Morton Buildings in the amount of $176,686.00 as recommended by Nelson Engineering.
- Summit West CPA Group, P.C. Letter of Engagement – Consider approving and authorizing Mayor Neveaux to sign the engagement letter for the FY 25/26 Audit.
- Business License Application – Consider approving a business license as applied for by Bombshell Betty Shop, LLC – Jodi Douglass – 202 E. Ramshorn
- TAD Grant Reimbursement Request – Consider approving grant reimbursements from the following: Headwaters Arts & Conference Center – 2026 Advertising and Marketing Campaign in the amount of $12,751.41. The grant was approved May 13, 2026 in the amount of $23,624.00.
- Accounts Payable – Consider approving Accounts Payable list dated August 21, 2026.
- TAD Funds Payables – Consider approving TAD Fund payments dated August 21, 2026.
- July 2026 Financial – Consider accepting the July 2026 Financial Report as presented and approving non-FDIC collateralized cash investments.
