Wyoming’s new ESA program—the Steamboat Legacy Scholarship—is making private school education free for many Fremont County families. Eligible students in Kindergarten through 5th grade can now attend St. Margaret’s School in Riverton tuition-free, with additional funds available for school supplies, uniforms, and enrichment activities.
