(Arapahoe, WY) – Fort Washakie held a lead from start to finish in a 69–52 win over the Arapaho Warriors on Saturday at Arapaho Charter High School during the New Year Native Jamboree.
Arapaho made several runs to cut into the margin, but the Fort Washakie Eagles answered each rally with balanced scoring and contributions from deep in their lineup to maintain their lead and come away with a win. The win puts the Eagles at 4-2 for the season.
Brandon White Eagle called for the ball on the in-bound. Johnson Roanhorse shielded the ball from Averille Rhodes under the basket. 
Johnson Roanhorse outcompeted Arapaho Charter for a rebound Saturday afternoon in Arpahoe. Evan Oldman shot a mid-range jumper for Arapaho Charter. Arapaho Charter huddled after a timeout as they faced off against Fort Washakie Saturday in Arapahoe.
