(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Courthouse is still open today, August 15, but “only able to do limited business” due to the power outage currently affecting over 5,000 Rocky Mountain Power customers, according to a message from County Clerk Julie Freese
The estimated power is at 1:30 this afternoon.
