(Lander, WY) – 23-year-old Garrett Thomas Findlay, of Lander, pleaded ‘not guilty’ to 2 counts of suspected child pornography at his District Court hearing yesterday, April 15.
Findlay faces charges for allegedly possessing 14 files, both video and photographic, of prepubescent females being sexually violated, a felony offense.
After hearing the plea, Judge Conder set a jury trial date for August 16.
