The United States Attorney’s Office announced on August 20th the sentencing of 57-year-old Leo Headly, Jr., of Arapahoe, for “abusive sexual contact.”
Headley’s sentencing according to the US Attorney’s Office is as follows, “one hundred twenty months of imprisonment, to be followed by one hundred eighty months of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $300.00.”
Headley was arrested in Lander and the Bureau of Indian Affairs investigated this case.
