Fremont County School District #6 Board of Trustees approved continuing on the Alternative Learning Plan for the remainder of the 2019/20 school year. Education through distance learning will continue through May 29th.
In addition, the date for graduation has been moved from May 17th to June 14th, 2020. The district continues to communicate with state and local officials and will provide updates regarding plans for the 2020 graduation ceremonies as more information becomes available.
These decisions were made with careful consideration of federal guidelines for reopening schools, guidance from the Wyoming Department of Education, and consultation with the Wyoming Department of Health and Fremont County Public Health.
