(Fremont County, WY) – Kendall Moss III pled “not guilty” to two federal counts of felony abusive sexual contact at his arraignment/detention hearing held yesterday, November 26, before the Honorable Judge Teresa McKee in Lander.
A jury trial has been set for January 27, 2025.
Court filings State that Moss was released as per stipulations of his $20,000 unsecured bond, which state that he is to not have contact with “any person under the age of 18,” or with the “alleged victim of the offense, (their) guardians, or any witness or potential witnesses,” in addition to other standard bond conditions.
An abusive sexual contact felony charge holds a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, life of supervised release (no less than 5 years), and a $100 special assessment fee.
