(Cheyenne, WY) – Governor Mark Gordon will deliver his annual State of the State address to a joint session of the Wyoming Senate and House of Representatives tomorrow, January 15, at 10 AM.
There will be a number of ways to view the address, including live on the main Wyoming PBS broadcast channel, on the station’s YouTube channel (also embedded below) and on the Wyoming PBS website.
Wyoming PBS public affairs senior producer Steve Peck will host the live broadcast, and following Governor Gordon’s speech, Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Kate M. Fox will give the State of the Judiciary message, according to a press release shared by Wyoming PBS.
“Numerous state dignitaries and other guests are introduced during the State of the State proceedings, including Secretary of State Chuck Gray, State Treasurer Curt Meier, State Auditor Kristi Racines, and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Megan Degenfelder,” the release also informs. “Along with Chief Justice Fox, Wyoming Supreme Court associate justices Robert Jarosh, John Fenn, Kari Gray, and Lynne Boomgaarden also are introduced formally during the ceremonies.”
Also presiding over the special session are the two new legislative leaders, Speaker of the House Chip Neiman (R-Hulett) and Senate President Bo Biteman (R-Ranchester).
The 68th Wyoming Legislature convenes today and is scheduled to adjourn on March 6.
