The National Bighorn Sheep Center (NBSC) shared on their Facebook page they’ve had several local school groups visit recently including the Shoshoni Recreation District and Fort Washakie 4th graders.
NBSC shared, the Shoshoni Recreation District learned how to build a sheep trap on their recent visit and Fort Washakie 4th graders went out to Torrey Valley in a joint tour with the Sheep Center and Dubois Museum to learn about petroglyphs and bighorn sheep habitat.
Pretty cool experiences for local kiddos!
