This month the Riverton Branch Library will debut a new program, “Booked for the Garden,” a summer-long gardening workshop series hosted by master gardener Dana Hinkle. Join the library in the Community Room for the first workshop in the series, “Sow Much to Learn,” on Saturday, May 16 from 1-2:30 p.m. This first workshop focuses on basic planting techniques, soil composition & composting, and plant care & maintenance tips.
This series will cover both basic and advanced topics as it takes you through the gardening journey over the course of the summer. Be sure to mark your calendar, as there will be a lot to learn over the next several months!
