(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that a strong trough of low pressure will be approaching the Pacific Northwest today, September 10, which means increasing clouds, as well as southwest winds gusting up to 25 mph.
Lipson added that we could see an isolated rain shower in the higher elevations of the Wind River Mountains this afternoon, with widely scattered to isolated rain showers expected tonight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton has shared that we will have above normal temperatures todays, and that there will be less wind compared to yesterday.
High temperatures will be in the 80’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 50’s.
