All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Fremont County, WY) – The originally scheduled August 12 jury trial for Conrad Tillman has been reset for October 21, according to federal Court documents filed on July 15.
Tillman faces charges for first degree murder, discharging and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and use of a firearm causing murder.
These charges are in relation to the April 14 homicide that resulted in the death of 36-year-old Utahnna BearComesOut (aka Tillman).
Tillman pled “not guilty” at his June 10 arraignment hearing, and the August 12 jury trial was set.
On July 12 a non-public motion to continue the jury trial was filed, then later accepted on July 15, and the October 21 date was set.
