All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Riverton, WY) – The jury trial for 24-year-old Arapahoe man Lincey Shongutsie has been set for November 18.
Shongutsie was arrested for aggravated assault back in June, after he reportedly struck another man in the head with a double-bladed axe in Riverton City Park.
Shongutsie pled “not guilty” at his July 18 arraignment, and the subsequent jury trial was scheduled.
