(Lander, WY) – The Lander City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.
The agenda includes two public hearings: one for a 2023-2024 budget amendment, and another for an ordinance repealing and replacing sections of the Zoning portion of the Lander Municipal Code.
The council will consider approving the budget amendment and the first reading of the ordinance later in the meeting.
Other new business items on the agenda include:
- Approve a resolution creating a job description for a police department corporal
- Approve a resolution amending the city salary structure to add a new police department corporal position
- Approve a change order for the Lander High-Pressure Water Systems Upgrade Projects with High Country Construction, increasing the contract price by $35,000 for a total contract price of $9.53 million
Under old business, the council will consider approving an ordinance regarding potential penalties for park rule violations on third and final reading.
