(Riverton, WY) – The Lander Tiger Speech and Debate team traveled next door to Riverton this week to compete at the largest tournament they have seen this season.
“Even though the competition was tough, the Tigers held their own!” Coach Tania Haratyk shared.

- Quarterfinals in Impromptu speaking: Natalie Reilley
- Semifinals in Informative speaking and Impromptu speaking, respectively: Skyler Leonard and Thomas Bales
- Super Congress: Oliver Parrott
Making it to finals:
- Loukia Savino-3rd place in Poetry, 3rd place in POI, and 1st place in Impromptu speaking
- Natalie Reilley-6th place in Oratory
The Tigers will be taking a week to prepare for their next big tournament, when they will travel to Casper to compete at the Natrona tournament.
