Join us for the final session of the Lander Library’s Good Stewards of Ourselves series. This program, 10 Healthy Habits for Healthy Aging, will be presented by the Wyoming Alzheimer’s Association on Thursday, May 15th at 6:00 PM at the Lander Library.
This engaging and informative session will explore the critical connection between brain and body health and how lifestyle choices can significantly impact healthy aging. Participants will learn about the latest research on key areas such as diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and the importance of social engagement, providing practical tools to help attendees incorporate these healthy habits into their daily lives, empowering them to create a personalized plan for healthy aging. This free event is open to the public.
