(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, February 20, light snow showers falling out of low clouds and fog will dissipate in the next hour or so, clearing out by around 11 AM; otherwise, today will be partly sunny.
After morning low temperatures between 10 below zero and zero in many areas of the basin, thanks to the refrigerational cooling due to the fresh snow cover, highs will only manage to get in the low to mid-20s today, and temperatures will stay rather cold and slow to warm up for the next couple of days due to a temperature inversion.
Tonight will be mostly clear with lows around zero to seven degrees above zero.
