All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Fremont County, WY) – The July 29 jury trial scheduled for Roddeen Ingawanup, was vacated following a change of plea last week, and an October 16 sentencing hearing has been set.
Ingawanup was charged with felony distribution of methamphetamine and fentanyl, totaling three counts, and initially pled “not guilty” to all three charges back in May, which resulted in the jury trial being set.
A non-public plea agreement was later filed on Ingawanup’s behalf on July 22, and a subsequent change of plea hearing was held on July 24 before the Honorable Judge Scott W. Skavdahl.
Ingawanup pled “guilty” to the charges as per stipulations made in the non-publicly available plea agreement, and the October 16 sentencing hearing was set.
