(Lander, WY) – Each year for the 4th of July, local Lander Veteran Jim Paulus, who served in the United States Air Force, leads the charge in raising the American and POW/MIA flags over Main Street. In addition to thanking the folks who help with the effort each year, Paulus also has a special message for everyone celebrating our nation’s 250th anniversary tomorrow.
