(Lander, WY) – The Today in the 10 Mental Health Monday segment, which is hosted by Vince Tropea and airs on KOVE 1330 AM / 107.7 FM, continued today with Lori Tanner from the Lander Community Veterans Resource Center.
The Center, located at 190 Custer Street in Lander, will be hosting a Community Suicide Prevention Resource Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 18th, from 11am – 7pm.
Tanner discusses the resources that will be available at the fair and why the Center saw the need for the event, how suicide affects those left behind, updates from the Center and more, which you can hear in the full Mental Health Monday interview below.
The main goal of Mental Health Monday is to start an open dialogue about a number of mental health topics, and how folks are being affected on local, state and national levels.
Guests range from psychiatrists, psychologists, school/drug/grief counselors, and any other professionals in the field, as well as testimonials from those affected by mental health issues, such as students, veterans, first responders, and many more.
