(Lander, WY) – The Today in the 10 Mental Health Monday segment, which is hosted by Vince Tropea and airs on KOVE 1330 AM / 107.7 FM, continued today with guest Feike van Dijk.
A musician/performer with a specialty in percussion, Feike has been organizing community drum circles, and has recently started the Healing and Rhythm Inclusive Drum Circle series with the Lander Inclusion Movement.
The series will conclude on Saturday, September 14 (in Lander City Park at 10 AM), before the next one officially starts back up again.
In addition to chatting about the Drum Circle series, the Inclusion Movement, and the healing aspects of music as they pertain to mental health, Feike shares about his background and relationship with music, and how he has used it to help navigate some of the struggles he has faced in his life.

The main goal of Mental Health Monday is to start an open dialogue about a number of mental health topics, and how folks are being affected on local, state and national levels.
Guests range from psychiatrists, psychologists, school/drug/grief counselors, and any other professionals in the field, as well as testimonials from those affected by mental health issues, such as students, veterans, first responders, and many more.
