RPD shares the following:
13-year-old Joshua Vargas was last seen leaving the Middle School in an eastern direction wearing a bright green jacket (parka), blue jeans, grey-colored tennis shoes or snow boots and fur Elmer Fudd hat. He was expected to walk home after school but has not arrived. If you have information about his whereabouts please contact the Riverton Police Department at 307-856-4891.
