(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, November 15, will have clearing skies as a weak trough of low pressure exits the area to the east, with west/northwest winds gusting up to 25 mph.
Lipson added that a trough of low pressure moves in tonight, which will bring scattered snow showers under partly cloudy skies. The Sinks Canyon area could see a couple inches of snow by Saturday morning.
The National Weather Service in Riverton has also shared that the highest accumulations will be for the western mountains, where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 2 PM today to 8 AM on Saturday.
High temperatures will be in the 40’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 20’s.
