(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, May 8, will be mostly sunny and pleasant with a high in the low 70s. Tonight will see increasing clouds with lows in the upper 40s.
For tomorrow, Saturday, a short-wave trough will track across Wyoming, destabilizing the atmosphere and resulting in isolated morning showers, followed by a short period of clearing skies before large cumulus clouds build into scattered afternoon thunderstorms. Some of these storms on Saturday will produce 40 mph wind gusts and small hail. Otherwise expect northeast winds of 20 to 30 miles per hour by afternoon, and a high temperature in the mid-60s.
