(Wind River Reservation, WY) – The Northern Arapaho Business Council Chairman Jordan Dresser, Co-Chairman Lee Spoonhunter and Councilman White Bull recognized BIA/WRPD Chief of Police Tony Larvie on his retirement today, May 11.
