November Youth Services Activities at the Lander Library

Lots of activities are coming up in youth services at the Lander Library in November. Mark your calendars for the following:

Homeschool Read-Aloud: Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. This month we will be reading “Half Magic” by Edward Eager. Feel free to join us.

Enhanced Storytime: Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. Stories, songs, and rhymes followed by sensory play opportunities for infants through 5 year olds and their caregivers.

Lego Club and Junior Builders: 4:00-4:45 p.m. Thursday November 6^th. Lego Club is for builders age 6-12. Junior Builders will be held in the Discovery Room for builders ages 3-5 (a caregiver must stay with their junior builder).

Youth Chess Club: Thursdays (other than Lego Club Thursday), 4:00-5:00 p.m. Ages 5+. Learn to play the game or improve your skills.

Storytime Dance Party: Friday November 21^st at 10:30 am. Stories, songs, and lots of fun! Especially for kids that need to MOVE!

Library Adventures for Elementary Kids: Fall STEAM activities. Saturday November 15^th, 11:00-NOON. Especially for kids in grades 1-3.

We will be closed this month on November 11^th, 27^th, 28^th, and 29^th.
