(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, June 25, will likely have numerous showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the early afternoon, as another shortwave trough traverses the area and that low-level northeasterly moisture feed continues.
Storms should become less numerous later in the day, Lipson added, but some of these storms will again have the possibility of producing 60 mph wind gusts, small hail, locally heavy rainfall, and frequent lightning. High in the low 80s, with prevailing northeast winds 10-20 mph.
Tonight will be partly cloudy, with lows of 50-55 degrees, and we could see a few lingering isolated evening thunderstorms, diminishing by midnight.
