(Fremont County, WY) – The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Heat Advisory for Portions of central, north central, northwest, south central, southwest, and west central Wyoming, including Fremont County, in effect from noon today, August 1, through 10 PM tomorrow, August 2.
The NSWR is calling for very hot temperatures this weekend, with highs from 98 to 105 degrees below 5500 feet, and 90 to 98 degrees above 5500 feet. Some locations will not see temperatures fall below 90 degrees until sunset.
