(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners convened on Tuesday, October 9, for their regular meeting. The approvals recap is below.
- Resolutions to establish the Riverton and Lander Senior Citizen Service Districts were approved.
- The annual statement of receipts from the County Treasurer was received and approved.
- An agreement with Sage Civil Engineering, Inc. for the reconstruction of Riverview Road was approved.
- A bid of $46,337.35 was approved for the replacement of a Caterpillar C15 engine, funded through emergency repairs from the capital revolving funds.
- A grant agreement for $1,835.00 was approved with the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security for the Emergency Management Department.
- Behavioral health services will be added to the Teladoc contract to comply with mental health parity regulations, effective January 1, 2025.
- A bid for $6,639.59 for repairs to a county vehicle was approved, with remaining funds coming from the Sheriff’s Department budget after insurance coverage.
- A bid of $40,590 from Fremont Motors Chevrolet for a 2024 Chevy Traverse was approved for the Youth Services Department.
- Bids totaling $68,913.83 and three additional bids at $80,285.05 were approved, including the Fremont Motor Chevrolet bid and the Premier Vehicle installation, funded through the capital revolving fund.
