A Comprehensive Pediatric Team
At the heart of Warm Valley Health Care’s pediatric services is Dr. Thomas Stamps, MD, the clinic’s full-time pediatrician. Dr. Stamps provides consistent, year-round care for children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents. His services include newborn visits, well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, and acute sick care. Dr. Stamps is known for his patient-centered approach and dedication to building strong relationships with families, helping children grow and thrive one visit at a time.
Dr. Stamps earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Tulane. Before entering medicine, he served in the Peace Corps in Micronesia, an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to service and community health.

- Dr. Anna Cassell, MD, is a pediatrician and Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience in community-based and tribal health care. Dr. Cassell focuses on patient-centered partnerships and brings a strong background in primary care research and academic medicine.
- Dr. David Sandweiss, MD, is a specialist in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Director of the Tribal, Rural, and Underserved Medical Education Program at the University of Utah. His work has focused on improving pediatric care access in rural and tribal communities across the region.
- Dr. Molly Alexander, MD, Director of Global Health Education and Training at the University of Utah for Primary Children’s Hospital. Dr. Alexander’s clinical and academic work centers on global child health, underserved populations, and improving outcomes for vulnerable children.
- Dr. Jeff Robison, MD, Professor of Pediatrics and Vice Chair for Community and Global Engagement. Board-certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Dr. Robison brings decades of experience caring for critically ill children and advancing pediatric education.
- Dr. Jeffrey Van Blarcom, MD, Associate Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine with a diverse career spanning rural practice, urgent care, and pediatric hospital medicine. He is deeply committed to patient care and medical education.
